ESG Start-Up Training
ESG start-up training is an entity offered by Rantalainen, which acts as an inspiring, inclusive and practical training for SMEs that are at the beginning of their sustainability path.
The aim of the training is to increase the organization’s understanding of the topic of sustainability by providing good orientation on corporate responsibility issues, the commercial significance of sustainability work, and frameworks centrally related to sustainability.
The training will also review alternatives and steps for progressing in sustainability work, and motivate and commit the company’s management and personnel to launching and developing sustainability work.
ESG start-up training can be organised as lecture-like or workshop-like training according to the customer’s needs and preferences.
