Rantalainen is an authorized accounting firm and a member of the Finnish Association of Accounting Firms (Suomen Taloushallintoliitto ry). Rantalainen’s commission agreements are subject to the General Conditions of Contract of the Finnish Association of Accounting Firms. Depending on the customer, either the conditions of KL 2004 or TAL 2018 are currently applied in general.
The Finnish Association of Accounting Firms published new General Conditions of Contract for financial administration TAL 2023 at the end of last year. As a result, the TAL 2023 General Conditions of Contract will be applied to all Rantalainen’s commissions.
We will implement the General Conditions of Contract of the Finnish Association of Accounting Firms (TAL 2023) for all our customers gradually by the end of 2024.
A separate customer bulletin will be sent to you regarding the implementation of the TAL 2023 terms. The conditions of TAL 2023 are delivered to you as an attachment to the customer bulletin.
We will implement the changes gradually for our customers by the end of autumn 2024. We will contact you when the matter is topical for you.
We would like to remind you that the content of the commission or the contact person will not change and the activities between Rantalainen and you will continue normally.
