A New Dimension in Monitoring Financial Figures – BASIC Reporting

In 2025, Rantalainen will introduce a new, free BASIC reporting service for its financial management clients. This clear and practical reporting package helps companies easily monitor their financial performance month by month.

Who is the service intended for?

BASIC reporting is a free service available to our customers who meet the following criteria:

• The company is a limited liability company.
• The company uses either the Netvisor or Procountor software (and is covered by Rantalainen’s application support).
• The company’s accounting accounts are organized according to recommendations, ensuring that account numbers and account groups fully comply with Finnish limited liability company accounting standards (FAS) without exceptions.
• The service will be launched gradually for customers, and eligible companies will be contacted separately regarding its activation. A person with the company’s signing authority must specify the users to be granted access to the service.

If you meet these criteria, Rantalainen will offer you the BASIC service during 2025.

Implementation

The service will be rolled out to our customers gradually during 2025, and companies that meet the criteria will be contacted separately for activation. BASIC BI reporting is a low-threshold reporting package that provides a lighter alternative to Rantalainen’s paid BI reporting tool.
